Leadership crisis is not a journalistic invention, not a fiction. It concerns politics, economy and business. How does it manifest itself in companies? The Business-People™ 2016/17 Study targeted at managers and entrepreneurs, conducted by TES together with the Warsaw Management University, sheds light on the case.
There are three main conclusions to it. First of all, due to the unpredictable market environment, the mood of managers leaves much to be desired. Secondly, the working environment is depleted, often to a minimum, which limits the chances of talent emerging and be effective for the sake of the companies. Thirdly, young employees are an incomprehensible group for managers, difficult to control and a source of growing disappointment.
