TES Change runs a yearly project dedicated to the diagnosis and development of natural talents of final grade elementary school students. The participants are youngsters between 14 and 15 years old. The project is based on TES models, approaches and talent/ competence tools. They were previously used to support adult managers and professionals – in companies, NGOs and universities.
The project leader is the Warsaw Management University and the partner is the Kolno Commune Office – to which the Directors of the involved schools are reporting to. The amount of funding from the National Center for Research and Development, which over 240 youngsters can benefit form, is around PLN 900,000.
As a result of the project, students will develop their personal talents competences and learn the professional roles in which they are predestined to succeed. Their parents and teachers will build awareness of the children’s real market talents and learn how to support and empower children in their development.
